24 Hours of Wonder

24 Hours of Wonder

The body is a wonderland. Sorry I will not be talking about John Mayer.

I was wide awake today at 5:00am my time, an hour earlier than I should. I could only hear the gentle pouring of the rain - the real thing. It's Wednesday, I'm in love.

The body requires a decent amount of 8 hours for sleeping a day. A day constitutes of 24 hours, which means that for 8 hours of rest, we get 16 hours of runtime in return.

In that 16 hours, we can do anything we want - as long as we have the right resources.
Lay down all day if you have a bed; Go shopping after work; Stare at a stranger; Fornicate; Eat; Love; Cook -- whatever floats your boat.

In my opinion, it's always a win-win situation between sleeping and being awake. Sleeping recharges the body to make us feel refreshed, able, and empowered when we wake up. It even brings us close to people whom we have not seen for a long time or people we've never even met through the form of dreams. Sleeping is a chance to live without exhaustion.

Here's a good example, my friend said she dreamt of marrying a dude with last name SCOTT. Her boyfriend in real life is Chinese. Lol. Score! (both ways)

How do you spend your 16 hours of glory?

Enjoy!
